How are your caregivers screened and selected?
MCITY Support Services staff interview each caregiver that we employ. We require our caregivers to have a clean Vulnerable Sector Check, TB clearance, Covid-19 vaccination, First-aid and CPR certification, Social insurance number, and relevant qualifications.
Are you license and insured?
Yes, MCITY Support Services is a registered business with a $5,000,000 liability insurance policy.
Staff availability to work?
Our Caregivers are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays.
